1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an OMNEX™ account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Company owners are responsible for managing access to their workspace.

3. User Content

  • All content uploaded or created belongs to the company that created it.
  • OMNEX does not claim ownership over your content.
  • You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use OMNEX for illegal activities
  • Attempt to access data outside your company
  • Disrupt or compromise the service

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Service Availability

OMNEX is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Early Access

OMNEX™ is currently offered as an early access beta product. Additional beta terms and disclaimers apply and are presented during signup, within the application, and on the OMNEX website.

7. Limitation of Liability

OMNEX is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We do not guarantee uptime or data availability.

OMNEX is not liable for:

  • Loss of data caused by user actions
  • Internal disputes between company members
  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. Account Termination

  • Users may delete their account at any time through the OMNEX app settings.
  • OMNEX may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, violations of these terms, or illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property & Platform Rights

OMNEX™, including its name, software, platform architecture, user interface, workflows, and underlying technology, is proprietary and owned by OMNEX.

These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in the OMNEX™ platform or its intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative products based on OMNEX™ without explicit written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which OMNEX is operated by its owner, without regard to conflict of law principles.
